- damage from perfume, cosmetics, chlorine or cleaning products
- lost jewelry or parts
- repairs or alterations by third parties

At our discretion, we repair your piece, replace it with an equivalent one or refund the purchase price.

- Handmade: Your name necklace arrives in 7–10 business days, or 8–11 business days outside Germany. Express isn’t possible because each necklace is made individually.
- Free shipping within Germany from €39 with DHL.
- 2-year warranty on materials and workmanship.
- Personalized: Your necklace is made just for you and is therefore excluded from exchange. If the name doesn’t match your order or something arrives damaged, we’ll remake it free of charge.

With solid gold, we check every name in advance
If anything about the spelling catches our eye, we’ll contact you before we start making it.
And because metal works differently than paper: each lettering is made individually. The transitions between letters may look slightly different than in the preview. That’s craftsmanship, not a mistake, and we’d rather tell you in advance.
