We ship with dhl and dhl express (germany, austria and switzerland) and with fedex to the rest of the eu. customs duties may apply for switzerland.

We do not charge any transaction fees for international transfers.

Special cases
If a delivery cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, please contact our support team immediately. in such cases, additional costs may be incurred for reshipment.
If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered (e.g.b. due to incorrect address details), we will contact the customer to obtain the correct address and resend the order. the customer shall bear the costs for the reshipment.
We recommend that you check the delivery address carefully and ensure that all details are correct and complete to avoid delays and additional costs.
