Frequently Asked Questions

Is Mizodia a trustworthy shop?

Yes. Mizodia is run by Youvendo GmbH, based in Umkirch near Freiburg, Germany. We’re not a marketplace seller or a dropshipping middleman: every piece is made in our own workshop for your order.

Our reviews are collected by Okendo, an independent provider. We can’t delete any of them, which is why the critical ones are here too.

How long does delivery really take?

Personalized pieces take longer than items we hold in stock, because we engrave them after your order comes in. Everything ships from our own workshop in Germany, and your shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

For print jewelry — fingerprints, hand and footprints, paw and nose prints — there are two shipments: first the free print kit, then the finished piece once your print reaches us. The production time starts from that moment, not from the day you order.

Can I return personalized jewelry?

No, and we’d rather say so plainly: engraved items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, because they exist only for you and can’t be resold. Items without personalization can be returned as normal.

That doesn’t mean you’re left with the problem: if your piece arrives damaged, or the engraving doesn’t match what you uploaded, write to us. We’ll find a solution you’re happy with.

Is this real gold?

It depends on the piece, and we state it on every item:

· Stainless steel, 18K gold-plated, white gold-plated or rose gold-plated — our standard
· 925 sterling silver, polished or 18K gold-plated
· Solid gold, as a collection of its own, in 8K gold (333) and 14K gold (585)

On the plated pieces, “gold”, “white gold” and “rose gold” are color options, not materials. What you’re getting is always in the product description, never only in the color name.

Is it really engraved — or just printed?

Engraved. A jeweler guides your design into the metal by machine: material is removed, nothing is printed on top. That’s why the engraving is still there years later.
