Refund policy

Right of return

You have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.

Exceptions to the right of return

This does not apply to:

  • Personalized items (e.g.B. Jewelry with engraving)
  • Items for which specific return conditions are stated on the product page

If you have not selected engraving for an engravable piece of jewelry, you can return the item. in this case, please contact our customer service, as it is not possible to register via our returns portal.

Conditions for the return

We only accept returns of new and unworn jewelry. if an item is damaged or missing, this must be reported prior to return to ensure that the full purchase price can be refunded.

Discount conditions

If you have used a discount, it is tied to the minimum purchase value of the promotion. if the return falls below the minimum purchase value, the discount can no longer be granted.

Return of bundles

When purchasing a bundle, the individual products are considered as a complete unit and can only be returned in full. therefore, when returning a bundle, please return all associated items together.

Multiple orders in one package

If you are returning items from different orders in one package, make sure that all pieces of jewelry are packed in their original boxes and that the delivery bills of the orders are enclosed. each return must be registered individually via our returns portal. you can then use one of the return labels for the return shipment.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are €2.90 (€4.90 for returns from austria and €9.90 for returns from other countries). these will be deducted once from your refund. please check your refund after the return has been processed and contact our customer service if there are any discrepancies.

Return period

If the return period is exceeded, the return shipment will automatically be sent back to you. please contact our customer service in advance if you cannot meet the return deadline in order to find a solution together.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or has received them. has.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. for this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. we may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. the deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. you only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
