What's the best way to capture the fingerprint?
You can optionally add our free print kit to your order – while stocks last. Alternatively, you can easily take the print at home – e.g. with ink, a stamp pad or the pencil method. You'll find detailed instructions on the respective product page.
How do I send in the fingerprint?
You can upload your print photo directly in the configurator – or send it by email at any time after your order to engraving@mizodia.com along with your order number. We carefully check the quality and get in touch if anything is missing or unclear.
How quickly will I receive my jewelry?
As soon as your fingerprint reaches us, your piece is lovingly engraved and finished by hand. Thanks to our fast production and express shipping from Germany, your finished one-of-a-kind piece usually arrives within 4–7 business days.
What customization options do I have?
You can choose between three necklace styles and several pendant shapes. In addition, each pendant can be personalized on the back with an individual 3-line engraving – e.g. a name, date or quote. Optionally, you can also add a mini element to your piece: such as a letter or symbol coin or a genuine birthstone.
Is the jewelry waterproof and suitable for everyday wear?
Yes – our jewelry is made of high-quality, 18k gold-plated stainless steel. It is skin-friendly, waterproof and durable, perfect for everyday life – whether at the office, in the shower or while sleeping.
