General shipping information:
Within Germany and to Austria and Switzerland we ship with DHL or DHL Express. All other markets are served by FedEx International.
Important information about international shipping:
The recipient bears customs duties and fees. Deliveries to the United States are excepted: there, duties and import taxes are already included in the price, and no further fees are charged on delivery.

Special cases
If a delivery cannot be made because the customer provided an incorrect address, please contact our support immediately. In such cases, additional costs for reshipping may apply.
If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered (e.g. due to incorrect address details), we will contact the customer to obtain the correct address and reship the order. The customer bears the costs for reshipping.
We recommend that you carefully check the delivery address and make sure that all details are correct and complete in order to avoid delays and additional costs.
