We ship with DHL and DHL Express (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and with FedEx to the rest of the EU. Customs duties may apply for Switzerland.
Special information about international shipping:
For deliveries abroad, customs duties, taxes and fees may apply that are not included in the total price displayed.
We do not cover any transaction fees for international bank transfers.

Special cases
If a delivery cannot be made because the customer provided an incorrect address, please contact our support immediately. In such cases, additional costs for reshipping may apply.
If an order is returned to us because it could not be delivered (e.g. due to incorrect address details), we will contact the customer to obtain the correct address and reship the order. The customer bears the costs for reshipping.
We recommend that you carefully check the delivery address and make sure that all details are correct and complete in order to avoid delays and additional costs.
