Frequently Asked Questions

Is Mizodia a reputable shop?

Yes. Mizodia is backed by Youvendo GmbH, based in Umkirch near Freiburg, Germany. We are not a marketplace seller or a
dropshipping intermediary: each piece is made in our workshop specifically for your order.
Our reviews are collected by Okendo, an independent service provider—we cannot
delete individual reviews, which is why critical ones appear here too.

How long does delivery really take?

Personalized pieces take 4–7 business days in Germany because they are engraved after
you place your order. Non-personalized items will arrive within 1–3 business days. Shipped with DHL, free shipping on orders over €39.

For fingerprint jewelry, you will receive two shipments: first, the free fingerprint kit, followed by the finished piece once we receive your fingerprint. The 4–7
business days start from the moment your design reaches us.

Can I return personalized jewelry?

No—and we want to be transparent: engraved items are excluded from the right of withdrawal because they exist only for you and cannot be resold. Non-personalized items can be returned as usual.

That doesn’t mean you’re stuck with a defective item: If your piece arrives damaged or the engraving doesn’t match what you uploaded, let us know—we’ll find a solution that makes you happy.

Is this real Gold?

It depends on the product, and we specify it for each item:

· Stainless steel, 18K gold-plated, white gold-plated, or rose gold-plated – our standard
· 925 sterling silver, polished or 18K gold-plated
· Solid gold as its own collection, in 333 and 14K gold (585)

“Gold”, “white gold”, and “rose gold” are color options for the gold-plated pieces
and do not indicate the material. Exactly what you receive is always stated in
the product description – never just in the color name.

Is it really engraved—or just printed?

Engraved. A jewelry artisan transfers your design into the
metal with the help of a machine, removing material rather than printing anything on. That’s why
the engraving lasts, even after years.
