This is how we make your birth details engraving
You type the date, time, weight and length in above — that takes a minute. You can send the print later; the order and the file are two separate steps.

Hand-engraving & shipping
We start as soon as your file reaches us. Shipped from Germany.
- One photo is enough. You don't need an inked print — a sharp photo of the hand or foot is enough.
- Every field is optional. Enter only what should be engraved — the date alone works just as well as all four details.
02 — Your file
Is your photo good enough? Almost always yes.
We check every file by hand before anything is engraved. If something is not good enough, we get in touch — nothing happens before that.

Ordered several prints?

How are the birth details arranged?
We lay out your details to suit the pendant — with four lines they sit closer together on 15 mm and more airily on 20 mm. The order is always date, time, weight, length.

04 — Delivery date
When will it arrive?

Estimated delivery, 5–8 business days.
The most common miscalculation: the 5–8 business days start when your file reaches us — not when you order. The birth details themselves cost no waiting time; you have already typed them in above. Only the print may arrive later, and then the date shifts accordingly.
In a hurry? You can add Express at checkout. Your engraving then moves to the front of the queue in the workshop and reaches you 1–2 days sooner. For a gift with a fixed date: your order and your file should reach us in good time before it — the estimated date above shows how long it currently takes.
05 — Reassurance
Personalized means: made only for you. And still safe.
Because your piece is made specially for you, it is excluded from the right of withdrawal — as with any personalized product. In return, you get three commitments.
You hear about it before, not after
If something is wrong with your file, you hear it while everything can still be changed — not when the parcel arrives.
Our mistakes are on us
If the engraving does not match your file or something is faulty, we remake it free of charge.
2-year warranty
On material defects, loose or missing stones and faulty clasps. Plus free repair service.
And because metal behaves differently from paper: fine lines are given more contrast and simplified for engraving. Small figures need room — with four details on a 15 mm pendant we lay out the lines so everything stays legible. That is craftsmanship, not a flaw — and we would rather tell you up front.
