No upload, no waiting: The 5–8 business days start with your order—you’ve already entered the birth details above. Nothing else needs to be submitted.
In a hurry? You can select express delivery at checkout. Your engraving will then be prioritized in the workshop and arrive 1–2 days sooner. For gift occasions: order at least 7 working days in advance.

Personalized means: just for you. And safe nonetheless.
Because your piece of jewelry is made individually for you, it is exempt from the right of withdrawal—as is any personalized product. In return, you receive three promises.
You’ll find out beforehand, not afterward.
If something isn’t right with your design, you’ll hear from us while there’s still time to make changes—not only when the package arrives.
Errors on our part are our responsibility.
If the engraving does not match your template or something is defective, we will remake it free of charge.

Covers material defects, loose or fallen-out stones, and faulty clasps. Plus free repair service.
And because metal works differently than paper: Small numbers need space—when four pieces of information are engraved on a 15 mm pendant, we arrange the lines so that everything remains legible. That’s craftsmanship, not a mistake—and we’d rather let you know in advance.
