        What can I have engraved?

        Depending on the collection, you can have fingerprints, paw prints, handwriting, drawings, star charts, or personal texts such as names, dates, or symbols engraved. The possibilities are explained individually on each product page.

        How do I upload my engraving template?

        You can upload your template directly during the ordering process. If you do not have it at hand right now, you can simply send it later by email to engraving@mizodia.com – please include your order number.

        How quickly will I receive my piece of jewelry?

        As soon as your engraving template reaches us, your piece of jewelry will be engraved and refined with loving handiwork. Thanks to our swift production and express shipping from Germany, your finished unique item is usually with you within 4–7 working days.

        How is it ensured that my imprint is engraved perfectly?

        Our graphic department professionally prepares each template to achieve a high-quality engraving result. If there are any uncertainties, we will contact you beforehand.

        Are there additional customizations?

        Yes – many of our pieces of jewelry can also be engraved on the back, for example with a date or name. You can also personalize your design with a small coin (e.g., with a letter or symbol) or a genuine birthstone. You can find all options on the respective product page in the configurator.

        What material is the jewelry made of and how durable is it?

        Our jewelry pieces are made from high-quality silver or skin-friendly stainless steel with durable 18k gold plating in gold, rose gold, or white gold. They are waterproof, scratch-resistant, and made for everyday use – including a 2-year warranty on material and workmanship.
