I would especially like to highlight the great support. I was initially a bit uncertain because my son's fingerprint looked more like small dots and less like the typical lines ("ridges"). I didn't know what was causing that, but the support quickly and kindly explained to me that in children the "ridges" are not yet as deeply defined and only fully develop over time. This information reassured me a lot, and I was able to look forward to the finished result with ease.
