How do I best capture the fingerprint?
You can optionally select our free impression kit when placing your order – while supplies last. Alternatively, you can easily make the impression at home – for example, using ink, a stamp pad, or the pencil method. A detailed guide can be found on the respective product page.
How do I submit the fingerprint?
You can upload your imprint photo directly in the configurator – or send it anytime after your order by email to engraving@mizodia.com including your order number. We carefully check the quality and will contact you if anything is missing or unclear.
How quickly will I receive my piece of jewelry?
As soon as your fingerprint reaches us, your piece of jewelry is engraved and refined with loving handiwork. Thanks to our swift production and express shipping from Germany, your finished unique item is usually with you within 4–7 working days.
What design options do I have?
You can choose between three chain types and several pendant shapes. Additionally, each pendant can be engraved on the back with a custom three-line inscription – for example, with a name, date, or saying. Optionally, you can also enhance your piece of jewelry with a mini element: such as a letter or symbol coin or a genuine birthstone.
Is the jewelry waterproof and suitable for everyday use?
Yes – our jewelry pieces are made from high-quality, 18k gold-plated stainless steel. They are skin-friendly, waterproof, and durable, perfect for everyday use – whether worn at the office, in the shower, or while sleeping.
